TT Trade Surveillance DataLens<\/strong> allows you to interact with your data directly using filter, search, and query functions. You can select a specific date and review all corresponding transactions. This provides a streamlined method to locate specific transactions and facilitates rapid investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n

The DataLens<\/strong> tab is available from the Trade Surveillance menu bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viewing Data<\/h2>\n\n

To view data:<\/p>\n\n

    \n\n
  1. Select a date. The default is the current date.
    \n\n

    \n <\/p>\n\n <\/li>\n\n

  2. Select Fetch Data<\/strong>.

    \n\n The transactions for that date are displayed. As you scroll down, more rows will load if they are available.

    Viewing Data for Multiple Dates<\/h3>\n\n

    Each tab displays data for one date. You can open multiple tabs simultaneously to display data for different dates by selecting the +add<\/strong> button in the upper-left corner of the screen. This opens a new tab where you can select a new date to view.<\/p>\n\n

    Note<\/span> Switching between tabs does not reset the applied filters.<\/p>\n\n

    Filtering Data by Column<\/h2>\n\n

    You can refine the data visible in the table by applying multiple column-level filters (e.g., trader, instrument, account, price, etc.) simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n

    To apply column-level filters:<\/p>\n\n

      \n\n
    1. Hover over the area to the right of the column header name, select the menu ( ) button, then select the filter tab.

      \n <\/p>\n\n OR

      \n\n

      Select the Filters<\/strong> side menu and expand the column(s) to be filtered.\n\n <\/p>\n

      \n <\/p>\n\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n

    2. Select the desired filter operator(s) and enter your search terms.

      \n\n Note<\/span> The selected filter type determines which operators<\/a> are available in the drop-down

      \n\n

      You can apply multiple filters to the same column using AND<\/strong> or OR<\/strong> logic.\n\n <\/p>\n

      \n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n\n\n

    3. Select Apply<\/strong>.

      \n\n The filtered results display.

      \n\n When a filter is applied, a filter ( ) icon will appear beside the column name.

      \n\n You can filter multiple columns for a view simultaneously. Repeat the steps above to add additional filters.\n\n <\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

      Column Filter Operators<\/h3>\n\n

      DataLens provides multiple types of filters. The selected column filter determines which operators are available in the drop-down.<\/p>\n\n

      Text-Based Field Operators<\/h4>\n\n

      For text-based fields such as account<\/strong> or instrument<\/strong>, DataLens supports the following operators:<\/p>\n\n

        \n\n
      • Equals<\/li>\n\n
      • Does not equal<\/li>\n\n
      • Contains<\/li>\n\n
      • Does not contain<\/li>\n\n
      • Begins with<\/li>\n\n
      • Ends with<\/li>\n\n

        \n <\/p>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        Numerical Field Operators<\/h4>\n\n

        For numerical fields such as price<\/strong> or qty<\/strong>, DataLens supports the following operators:<\/p>\n\n

          \n\n
        • Equals<\/li>\n\n
        • Does not equal<\/li>\n\n
        • Less than<\/li>\n\n
        • Greater than<\/li>\n\n
        • Less than or equal to<\/li>\n\n
        • Greater than or equal to<\/li>\n\n
        • Between<\/li>\n\n

          Resetting Column-Level Filters<\/h3>\n\n

          To reset all filters and the search terms: select the Reset<\/strong> button. The column will display the full, unfiltered dataset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Adding and Removing Columns<\/h3>\n\n

          Similar to other audit trail views, you can add or remove visible columns.<\/p>\n\n

          To add or remove columns, hover over the area to the right of any column header and select the columns ( ) button. The columns are added or removed immediately.
          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Viewing Imported or Skipped Data<\/h2>\n\n

          Data that was received and processed by TT is displayed in 3 different views:<\/p>\n\n

            \n\n
          • Imported<\/li>\n\n
          • Skipped<\/li>\n\n
          • All Records<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n

            The Imported<\/strong> view is the default and displays all of the records that were successfully processed by TT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Skipped<\/strong> view displays all of the transactions that were skipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

            Skipped records appear in grey and contain an \u201cinvalid_reason\u201d column which provides the reason the record was skipped.<\/p>\n\n

            The All Records<\/strong> view displays all imported records as well as skipped records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Searching Data<\/h2>\n\n
