You can select a specific date and review all corresponding transactions. This provides a streamlined method to locate specific transactions and facilitates rapid investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The <strong>DataLens<\/strong> tab is available from the Trade Surveillance menu bar.<\/p>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-scaled.png\">\n\n<h2>Viewing Data<\/h2>\n\n<p>To view data:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n\n    <li>Select a date. The default is the current date.<br>\n\n        <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-select-a-date.png\">\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/li>\n\n    <li>Select <strong>Fetch Data<\/strong>.<br><br>\n\n        The transactions for that date are displayed. As you scroll down, more rows will load if they are available.<br><br>\n\n        <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-fetch-data-scaled.png\">\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3>Viewing Data for Multiple Dates<\/h3>\n\n<p>Each tab displays data for one date. You can open multiple tabs simultaneously to display data for different dates by selecting the <strong>+add<\/strong> button in the upper-left corner of the screen. This opens a new tab where you can select a new date to view.<\/p>\n\n<p><span class=\"label-info label\">Note<\/span> Switching between tabs does not reset the applied filters.<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-add-tab.png\">\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>Filtering Data by Column<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can refine the data visible in the table by applying multiple column-level filters (e.g., trader, instrument, account, price, etc.) simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n<p>To apply column-level filters:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n\n    <li>Hover over the area to the right of the column header name, select the menu (<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-menu-button.png\"> ) button, then select the filter tab.<br><br>\n\n        <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-menu-button-2.png\">\n        <\/p>\n\n        <br><br>\n\n        <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-filter-button.png\">\n        <\/p>\n\n        OR <br><br>\n\n        <p>Select the <strong>Filters<\/strong> side menu and expand the column(s) to be filtered.\n\n        <\/p>\n        <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-filters-side-menu.png\">\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/li>\n\n\n\n    <li>Select the desired filter operator(s) and enter your search terms.<br><br>\n\n        <span class=\"label-info label\">Note<\/span> The selected filter type determines which <a href=\"#column-filter-operators\">operators<\/a> are available in the drop-down <br><br>\n\n        <p>You can apply multiple filters to the same column using <strong>AND<\/strong> or <strong>OR<\/strong> logic.\n\n        <\/p>\n        <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-multiple-filters-and-or.png\">\n        <\/p>\n    <\/li>\n\n\n    <li>Select <strong>Apply<\/strong>.<br><br>\n\n        The filtered results display.<br><br>\n\n        When a filter is applied, a filter (<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-filter-button-2.png\"> ) icon will appear beside the column name.<br><br>\n\n        You can filter multiple columns for a view simultaneously. Repeat the steps above to add additional filters.\n\n    <\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<h3 id=\"column-filter-operators\">Column Filter Operators<\/h3>\n\n<p>DataLens provides multiple types of filters. The selected column filter determines which operators are available in the drop-down.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Text-Based Field Operators<\/h4>\n\n<p>For text-based fields such as <strong>account<\/strong> or <strong>instrument<\/strong>, DataLens supports the following operators:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\n    <li>Equals<\/li>\n\n    <li>Does not equal<\/li>\n\n    <li>Contains<\/li>\n\n    <li>Does not contain<\/li>\n\n    <li>Begins with<\/li>\n\n    <li>Ends with<\/li>\n\n    <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-text-based-field-operators.png\">\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4>Numerical Field Operators<\/h4>\n\n<p>For numerical fields such as <strong>price<\/strong> or <strong>qty<\/strong>, DataLens supports the following operators:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\n    <li>Equals<\/li>\n\n    <li>Does not equal<\/li>\n\n    <li>Less than<\/li>\n\n    <li>Greater than<\/li>\n\n    <li>Less than or equal to<\/li>\n\n    <li>Greater than or equal to<\/li>\n\n    <li>Between<\/li>\n\n    <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-numerical-field-operators.png\">\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3>Resetting Column-Level Filters<\/h3>\n\n<p>To reset all filters and the search terms: select the <strong>Reset<\/strong> button. The column will display the full, unfiltered dataset.<\/p>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-reset-column-level-filters.png\">\n\n<h3>Adding and Removing Columns<\/h3>\n\n<p>Similar to other audit trail views, you can add or remove visible columns.<\/p>\n\n<p>To add or remove columns, hover over the area to the right of any column header and select the columns (<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-column-button.png\"> ) button. The columns are added or removed immediately.<br><\/p>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-columns-tab.png\">\n\n<h2>Viewing Imported or Skipped Data<\/h2>\n\n<p>Data that was received and processed by TT is displayed in 3 different views:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\n    <li>Imported<\/li>\n\n    <li>Skipped<\/li>\n\n    <li>All Records<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>Imported<\/strong> view is the default and displays all of the records that were successfully processed by TT.<\/p>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-viewing-imported-data.png\">\n\n<p>The <strong>Skipped<\/strong> view displays all of the transactions that were skipped.<\/p>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-viewing-skipped-data.png\">\n\n\n<p>Skipped records appear in grey and contain an \u201cinvalid_reason\u201d column which provides the reason the record was skipped.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>All Records<\/strong> view displays all imported records as well as skipped records.<\/p>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-viewing-all-records.png\">\n\n<h2>Searching Data<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can search by entering terms in the search bar on the right side of the columns.<\/p>\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/us-datalens-search.png\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TT Trade Surveillance DataLens allows you to interact with your data directly using filter, search, and query  [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"docs-category":[489],"class_list":["post-28403","doc","type-doc","status-publish","hentry","docs-category-using-tt-trade-surveillance"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/doc\/28403","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/doc"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/doc"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/doc\/28403\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=28403"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"docs-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/docs-category?post=28403"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
