The Report Scheduler, found on the Reports<\/strong> tab, allows you to automatically generate reports in CSV format that run on a user-defined schedule.<\/p>\n \n

\n<\/p>\n\n

Note<\/span> Due to differences in time zones, market data delivery and processing times, TT recommends that any report that is designed to cover a specific start and end time be set to run slightly after the end of the desired period so that all data for that period would have arrived. For example, running a monthly report the morning of the 1st may exclude data coming in from the evening of the 31st. Generating the report on the 2nd or 3rd of the month would ensure the entirety of the previous month is captured.<\/p>\n\n

To schedule a report using the Report Scheduler:<\/p>\n\n

    \n\t
  1. On the Trade Surveillance dashboard, select the Reports<\/strong> tab and click Report Scheduler<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t
  2. Click Create New Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t
  3. Select one of the following report types in the drop-down:<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ol>
      \n\t\t
    • Cluster List Export<\/strong> \u2014 exports of all or a subset of the clusters<\/li>\n\t\t
    • Unreviewed Cluster List Export<\/strong> \u2014 exports all clusters left in an unreviewed state<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t
    • Enter the following:<\/li>\n\t
        \n\t\t
      • Min Risk Score<\/strong> \u2014 Specify the minimum risk score. No value means ‘1’.Specify the<\/li>\n\t\t
      • Max Risk Score<\/strong> \u2014 Specify the maximum risk score. No value means ‘100’.<\/li>\n\t\t
      • Models<\/strong> \u2014 Specify the list of models. No models selected means ‘all’. Specify the<\/li>\n\t\t
      • Products<\/strong> \u2014 Specify the list of products. No products selected means ‘all’.<\/li>\n\t\t
      • Schedule Name<\/strong> \u2014 Enter a name for your schedule<\/li>\n\t\t
      • Frequency<\/strong> \u2014 Select a frequency and the required parameters<\/li>\n\t\t

        • Daily<\/li>\n\n\t\t\t

                        • (Optional) Toggle Send Email Notification<\/strong> to send email notifications to the email address in your user profile.<\/li>\n\t\n\t
                        • Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t\n\t

                          The schedule is displayed in the list below the Report Scheduler<\/strong> parameters.<\/p>\n\t\n\t

                          All automatically generated reports will be available in CSV format in the Generated Reports<\/strong> section near the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n\t\n\t
