Simply select an order, modify the order as desired, and click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/btn-change-1.png\" alt=\"the Change button\">.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-change-order-1.png\">\n<\/p>\n\n<p>You can also raise or lower the price on an order by ticks by clicking the <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/btn-tick-up-3.png\" alt=\"Tick Up\"> and <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/btn-tick-down-3.png\" alt=\"Tick Down\"> buttons. When you use these buttons,\n\tthe changes happen immediately.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: When you select multiple orders, most buttons would grey out and only these are available for\n\tmodifying the selected multiple orders: Cancel, Hold\/Submit, Tick Up and Tick Down buttons. If all of the selected\n\torders are of the same order type, you can also modify the following fields: Price (including Price Payup),\n\tTime-In-Force (TIF) and TextTT.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>If the modification requires that you cancel\/replace the working order, the Change button displays as <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/btn-cxl-replace-1.png\"> and indicates the order will lose its position in queue. The\n\t<b>Cxl\/Replace<\/b> button is displayed when you modify the following:\n<\/p><ul>\n\t<li>account\n\t<\/li><li>order type\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-change-order-cxl-replace-1.png\">\n<\/p>\n\n<p>When selecting a working parent order for a TT Order Type, you can make changes to the parameters for the selected\n\torder type directly from the Order Book.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-change-order-tt-1.png\">\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Modify Orders Using Multiple Floating Order tickets<\/strong>\n\tThe Order Book provides an &#8220;Edit order&#8230;&#8221; right-click context menu on working order rows. This menu item launches a floating order ticket with a single green &#8220;Change&#8221; button. \n\tThis feature can be invoked on multiple orders, allowing you to queue up edits for several orders and then individually submit them when desired.\n\n\t<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-change-order-mulitiple-tickets-1.png\"> \n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"spot-quantity-button\">FX Spot Quantity Button<\/h3>\n\n<p>When trading FX Spot instruments, the order quantity controls include a FX Spot Quantity button that allows you to quickly set the numeric quantity to equal the value in thousands (K), millions (M), or the numeric value (blank). Simply click the FX Spot Quantity button to cycle through the options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Modifying an order in a grouped Order Book<\/h2>\n\n<p>When an Order Book is part of a widget group, the <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/of-view-button-3.png\" alt=\"\"> toggle button is\n\tdisplayed in the &#8220;view&#8221; column for each order row. The button is used for &#8220;viewing&#8221; filled and partially filled\n\torders in a grouped widget. When the toggle button is displayed, the checkbox is used for &#8220;selecting&#8221; an order to\n\tmodify or cancel in the grouped Order Book.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-change-order-group-1.png\">\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"change-user\">Changing the current user on an order<\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>CurrentUser<\/strong> column identifies who is monitoring an order while it&#8217;s working in the market. When\n\torders are entered by multiple users sharing the same account, this column identifies the user who &#8220;last touched&#8221; an\n\torder.<\/p>\n\n<p>When you select an order in the Order Book and click the &#8220;Current User&#8221; button in the Order Toolbar, your alias is\n\tdisplayed in the <strong>CurrentUser<\/strong> column. The button is shown by selecting <b>Settings: Order Book<\/b> |\n\t<b>Set Order Toolbar buttons<\/b> in the right-click context menu.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-current-user-1.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"change-user\">Modifying the clearing account for an order (ASX only)<\/h2>\n\n<p>In the Order Book or orders pane of the Order and Fills widget, you can change the clearing account for working\n\torders and partially or fully filled orders on ASX.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Note<\/b>: To modify the clearing account, ensure that the <b>Show Exchange Clearing Account edit box<\/b> setting\n\tis enabled in <b>Preferences<\/b> | <b>Orders<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n<p>To modify the clearing account for an order:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li>Select the order in the Order Book or orders pane.\n\t<\/li><li>Click the Exchange Clearing Account edit box in the control panel and select an account in the drop down menu.\n\n\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-modify-clearing-select-1.png\"><\/p>\n\n\t<\/li><li>Click <b>Change<\/b> to modify the clearing account on the order.\n\n\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/ob-modify-clearing-change-1.png\"><\/p>\n\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<h2>Customizing order quantity buttons<\/h2>\n<p>To customize order quantity buttons:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n\t\t<li>While pressing the <strong>Ctrl<\/strong> key, right-click in the order quantity number pad buttons. The order quantity button interface opens.\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/trade-custom-ob-button1-1.png\"><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Change an order quantity in the interface. The value immediately changes on the corresponding number pad button.\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/trade-custom-ob-button2-1.png\"><\/p>\n\n<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Click <b>Save<\/b>.<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n\n<h2 id=\"modify-algo-parameters\">Modifying Multiple Algo Parameters for Working Child Algo Orders<\/h2>\n\n<p>When multiple working algo orders of the same order type are selected in the Order Book, you can modify all parameters applicable to that order type in bulk.<\/p>\n\t<ol>\n\t\t<li>Select multiple working child algo orders.\n\t\t<\/li><li>Right click on the selected orders and select <b>Open &gt; Algo Dashboard<\/b>, which opens an <a href=\"alg-algo-dashboard-overview.html\">Algo Dashboard<\/a> widget seeded with the selected algo orders.\n        <\/li><li>The parameters applicable to that order type appear in the adjacent <b>Algo Parameters<\/b> pane, pre-filled with the current values on the orders. Parameters set to different values will display as blank.
