{"id":6685,"date":"2025-12-09T17:23:17","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T23:23:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/librarytestdev.wpenginepowered.com\/?post_type=doc&#038;p=6685"},"modified":"2026-01-06T19:31:28","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T01:31:28","slug":"accessing-support","status":"publish","type":"doc","link":"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/trade\/overview\/tt-platform\/task-tt-platform\/accessing-support\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessing Support"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div>\n\n    <h2 id=\"overview\">Before you Begin<\/h2>\n\n    <p>This quick start guide gives you an introduction into the Trading Technologies Support Portal.\n\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"accessing-the-portal\">Accessing the TT Support Portal<\/h3>\n\n    <p>To login to the TT Service Portal:<\/p>\n\n    <ol>\n        <li>\n            <p>In your browser, navigate to <a href=\"https:\/\/tradingtechnologies.service-now.com\/csm\">https:\/\/tradingtechnologies.service-now.com\/csm<\/a>, or click <strong>My open tickets<\/strong> on the TT Customer Portal <a href=\"\/trade\/ttw-home-page.html\"><strong>Home<\/strong> page<\/a>.\n            <\/p>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            <p>Press the Login button in the top right corner of the titlebar menu.\n            <\/p>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            <p>The TTID login page opens. Enter your TTID credentials to access the support portal.\n            <\/p>\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n\n    <h3 id=\"new-case\">Opening a New Case (Incident or Request)<\/h3>\n\n    <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/tt-portal-landing-page.png\"><\/p>\n\n    <p><b>To open a new case:<\/b><\/p>\n\n    <ol>\n        <li>\n            <p>Press the Case button in the top right corner of the titlebar menu.<\/p>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            <p>In the dropdown menu that appears, select Create Case. The Support window appears.\n            <\/p>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            <p>You have the option of reporting an Incident or submitting a request.\n            <\/p>\n            <ul>\n                <li>\n                    <p><strong>Incident<\/strong> : use the Incident option to report an issue related to unexpected\n                        behavior within the TT platform.<\/p>\n                <\/li>\n                <li>\n                    <p><strong>Request<\/strong> : use the Request option to submit a request for information related to\n                        billing, training, or to submit suggestions for software enhancements.\n                    <\/p>\n                <\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        <\/li><li>\n            <p>Populate the required fields. You can optionally use the Attachment button to add files, screenshots, or\n                any additional items to your inquiry.<\/p>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            <p>When complete, press the Submit button to send in your request.\n            <\/p>\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n\n    <p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/library-staging.tradingtechnologies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/tt-portal-incident-request.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"viewing-cases\">Viewing Cases<\/h3>\n\n    <p><b>To view existing Incidents:\n        <\/b><\/p>\n\n        <ol>\n            <li><p>Press the Case button in the top right corner of the titlebar menu.\n                <\/p><\/li>\n                <li><p>In the dropdown menu that appears, select My Cases.<\/p><\/li>\n                    <li><p>The Cases window appears. The Cases window includes an optional filter to drill down to specific cases. \n                        <\/p><\/li>\n        <\/ol>\n\n        <h3 id=\"exporting-cases\">Exporting Cases<\/h3>\n\n        <p>You can optionally export the information related to your cases from the Cases window.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p><b>To export your case data:<\/b><\/p>\n\n        <ol>\n            <li><p>From the Cases window, press the \u2018hamburger menu\u2019 next to Cases.<\/p><\/li>\n                <li><p>Select the option to export case data, select the format.
