<p>\n      The Security Definition Request (c) message is used by the TT FIX Price\n      Gateway to request contract data. The third-party FIX acceptor should send Security Definition (d) messages for all matching contracts and send new <a href=\"\/tt-fix\/market-data\/Msg_SecurityDefinition_d.html\">Security Definition (d)<\/a> messages if any of the contract details, such as tick size, change. Additionally, if a market adds a new contract that matches the filter criteria, the third-party FIX acceptor automatically sends a <a href=\"\/tt-fix\/market-data\/Msg_SecurityDefinition_d.html\">Security Definition (d)<\/a> message for the new contract.<\/p>\n\t\t<p>The third-party FIX acceptor uses AND logic to build the query, so specifying multiple tags reduces the matched securities.
