A dedicated server provided by TT running Linux. Specifically, the TT-provided server runs CentOS 7 as required by the TT Core SDK.
Running a TT Core SDK application requires two prerequisites:
To access market data for TT CORE SDK Client Side applications, you must enable market data entitlements for each market you wish to trade using the "SDK Client Market Data" sub-tab under the user's "Exchanges" tab. For TT CORE SDK Server Side Market data, you must enable market data entitlements for each market you trade using the "FIX/SDK Server Market Data" sub-tab.
Note: Previously, all market data configurations were configured in the "FIX Market Data" sub-tab.
When enabling market data for client-side applications, administrators must configure the following for each desired market listed in Setup:
Select Allow to enable market data.
If you plan to run only applications that utilize a TT CORE SDK Client Side application key, then set the value of the Sessions field to be the number of applications that utilize a TT CORE SDK Client Side application key that you plan to run concurrently.
If you plan to run only applications that utilize a TT CORE SDK Client Side - Non-display application key, then set the value of the Sessions field to be 1 and enable the Non-display checkbox.
If you plan to run applications that utilize a TT CORE SDK Client Side application key and applications that utilize a TT CORE SDK Client Side - Non-display application key, then set the value of the Sessions field to be the number of applications that utilize a TT CORE SDK Client Side application key that you plan to run concurrently and enable the Non-display checkbox.
